At House of Attire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within [7/14/30] days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note:

  • Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective

  • Returns requested beyond the return window will not be accepted

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact us within [7/14/30] days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping:

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
